Use app_dirs2 to get the holochain_dir() in dev mode in Android #20

This superseeds https://github.com/darksoil-studio/p2p-shipyard/pull/14 in doing the same thing but only for the Android platform. This avoids the directory collisions when two instances of the same app are run while developing in desktop platforms.
