Extract holochain management functionality out of tauri-plugin-holochain and into its own crate holochain-manager. This will facilitate using the same holochain management code in an alternative architecture where holochain is launched via FFI in kotlin, rather than via rust in tauri.
Also deletes some unused code (the generated android java).
