The DarkTip plugin is a javascript based tooltip framework that enables quick and easy development of modules that hook into specific aspects of a webpage and display context sensitive tooltips.
so.. again: I changed (hopefully all) special characters to their respective htmlcode, which should avoid some issues, if you're running DarkTip on a website with another encoding than utf8.
Also:
the list of dataCollectStates is gone, which should decrease the amount of memory needed especially on pages with tons of tips.
The element after the mouseenter event is now a jQuery object, which saved some reoccurring queries wihin the code.
And the cacheStorage has also been removed, because the jsonp plugin can basically do the same and should also support the browser internal cache.
