Error in Google Chrome if file name contains , or ' #21

I cannot get phpThumbsUp thumbnails to load in Google Chrome if the image filename contains the comma or apostrophe characters.

Chrome gives the error 'Duplicate headers received from the server' (ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION).

However, the thumbnails work absolutely fine in Firefox and Internet Explorer.
