We probably need a separate section discussing the handling of deprecated modules (either in the darkroom or "processing modules" reference section). We could (maybe) also consider moving the module documentation for deprecated modules into its own subsection, though I'm not 100% sure that's a good idea, since it would break any links people have to the documentation and make them potentially less discoverable.
We should mention, for example, that deprecated modules will never be removed (so no previous edits will be lost), that the modules will still appear (and can be tweaked) in the active modules group if already used on an image, that they are kept in a special modulegroups preset for 1 year, etc...
