resources: add links to manual for v4.2 #216

Site is missing links to manuals for Darktable 4.2. This PR adds them.

This is on purpose. The English version of the manual is still not complete for v4.2 and there are as yet no complete translations. The translations you can see are all based on the 4.0 manual content and are all out-of-date.
