Add more substitution variables to the substitution library code #524

Add the following variables:

EXIF.WHITEBALANCE
EXIF.FLASH
EXIF.FLASH.ICON
EXIF.EXPOSURE.PROGRAM
EXIF.METERING.MODE

and also complete the variables with graphic elements.
