Firefox: Pinned Tabs opening as New Tab Page #419

With the latest update all Pinned tabs in FireFox (61.0.1 (64-bit)) on Windows are showing the New Tab tile page

3rd Time opening FF and the Pinned Tabs were back to the right pages
