Doesn't show in the menu when you select a text based URL and use right-click #212

I used to be able to select a text link (no <a>), right-click and choose an Open With option. This is not possible anymore. Could it be implemented or is it a WE limitation?

It worked even with links without the protocol like youtube.com/watch?v=nF7lv1gfP1Q or www.example.com/link

The Open With option is displaying for me when I right-click on any selected text.

FF 65.0.1 OW 7.2 Arch Linux
