Latest Thunderbird update auto-disabled this extension. :/ Is anything actually incompatible, or is this solved with a quick number bump somewhere?

My bad, I wasn't on the latest Open With, which after clicking around a bit I found on https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/user/geoff-lankow/?page=2 .
