Add a way to add plug-ins to this app.

If we add this we need to make and commit to an API.

Ideas for plug-ins are: Loot gen (with editable weights) Encounter gen (with reference to the book and page?) City gen (text only, shows population, shops, and change of price from book based on market) Quest gen Dungeon map gen? This could be interesting but difficult Encounter grid for keeping track of locations of players and enemies
