It seems that it can't download the docker container. Maybe this is an intermittent internet issue or maybe corrupt local cache.
for problem with internet i don't think. On the other hand the local cache, are you thinking of the original ihost software? Have you an issue ?
just try again with a fresh install on the sd card.

May I suggest you to use another SD Card? Be sure this SD is fast and can handle fast read and writing. I am not using the SD card that ITEAD sent me together with my iHost, it can't handle the heavy usage! I suggest you to use any card that is focused on Security cameras, as it needs high speed and can handle more read and writes. I am using WD Purple: https://www.westerndigital.com/products/memory-cards/wd-purple-microsd

it sometimes will show an error while initially downloading images, however this should resolve itself after about 15-20mins, once everything is ready to go.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. To keep our backlog manageable we have to clean old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant OS version and check if that solves the issue.
