remove usb filters for slzb-06m for compatability #67

the USB filters only filter the list of com ports shown in the selector.

I think the actual problem with SLZB-06M was manifest link was wrong: https://github.com/darkxst/silabs-firmware-builder/commit/ca5dd5eb840f4f167f90bc5b0ed668bf881068bd
