Add Marker Options #5

Added most options for adding Markers (except Icon)
Added view model and UI to add a marker with options to the center of the map.

Also, had trouble compiling until I realized the XML docs were going to a non-existent directory (on my machine). There is another project property that can be used that will generate the XML docs in the bin output directory. I hope that works for you.
