Add a Start/Pause/Resume control to the lock screen (Android 4.2 lock screen widget) #1194

Android 4.2 adds a new lock screen widget feature.  MyTracks should offer a 
widget to easily Start/Pause/Resume a track recording as a lock screen widget.  
As well as possibly displaying one or two key stats from any recording 
currently in progress.

The code change to enable the widget for the lock screen was submitted for 
review under issue 1192 at the weekend
