Location shift in China of v2.0.3 but the google play service v2 maps sample is OK. #1202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open mytracks app and record a route.
2. There is slight shift of my position in mainland China.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In old google maps API there is a location shift of known issues (Issue 914, 
550, 1064).
In v2.0.3 the app should be using google play service v2 API for maps. The 
google play service sample from the SDK has solved this issue, and other apps 
such as Trulia also shows the correct position when upgrade to google play 
service v2 API.
So it's strange why Mytracks still has this issue? Can you help check it?

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
2.0.3 on Nexus S 4.1.2 (CM10). And Nexus 7 with stock 4.2.1 also has the same 
issue.

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

The sample is under:
\path\to\android-sdk-windows\extras\google\google_play_services\samples\maps
You can test it by opening the activity "UI Settings", click the my location 
button, the location is correct without shift.

Application Trulia 
(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.trulia.android&feature=search
_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS50cnVsaWEuYW5kcm9pZCJd) is also correct after 
upgrading to google play service v2 API.

all mainland china  users  have encountered  this problem ,please  fix  it  as  
soon  as  possible .

We investigated this issue and there is nothing we can do about this in My 
Tracks.
