Notification Titles #1208

Currently MyTracks notifications have empty titles which makes them ignored by 
Tasker. It would be helpful to many if the notifications had meaningful titles 
that could then be used by Tasker to react to various MyTracks events. For 
example I would like to be able to enter a "Running" UI mode when the "Now 
recording a new track" toast pops up and leave that mode when the recording is 
complete.

We have a title for the notification. 
Regard integration with Tasker, I believe there are feature request for 
integrating with it.
