Track colours on map incorrect #1217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Track Colour" in setting to dynamic.
2.View a map of a recorded track

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see different colours depending on speed along the track. However, 
when using dynamic, the entire track is red. When using "fixed", I get red, 
blue and green, correctly, depending on speed (red=fast, green=slow, 
blue=normal)

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks 2.0.3. 
ZTE Blade, Android 4.1.2 (CM10).
