Latets version loses first 1/3 - 1/2 of track when walking. #1218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Startup app
2.  Start walking
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my entire track.  Instead up to the first 1/2 of the track is 
missing.  The track starts between 1/3 and 1/2 of the way through my walk.  
This has happened 3 times since the latest update from the play store.  It 
never happened prior to the latest update

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Latest version in the play store.  Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone with 
latest Verizon Jelly Bean release.  No changes to Verizon released OS.

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

GPS fix can be lost during your walk. During these periods, we will not be able 
to record your position.

GPS fix is not lost *during* the walk.  GPS fix is fine at the beginning of the 
walk.  The app simply refuses to record until serveral minutes into the walk.

The previous version is fine.  It does not lose the beginning of the walk.  I 
have reverted to the previous version and disabled updates until this problem 
is resolved.

To help us, can you confirm the previous version number that is working fine on 
your phone. Is it 2.0.2?

We fixed a bug dealing with gpx fix in the beginning of a track. The fix will 
be in the next release 2.0.4.
