maps display doesn't work in latest version on my tracks #1221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installing any upgrade within the last several months
2.Unstalling upgrades solves the issue
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm expecting to see maps and tracks when on the maps tab (as usual).  The 
chart and stats tabs still show data that is being recorded, but the display 
for maps is completely blank.  When I uninstall and go back to the factory 
installed version, it shows maps and track (as well as the charts and stats).  
I tried a new install today since I see a new version came out (1-8-13), and 
that version also failed to display the map/tracks.

Oddly, the upgrade I did a month or two back worked fine for a long while, then 
suddenly failed to display anything on the maps tab as mentioned above.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Now using factory verion (1.0.15), but upgraded to version dated 12-5-12.
Android version 2.3.4, build was just upgraded to 2.16.531.6 (was *.5)  It's a 
T-mobile G2 (HTC)

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

Same issue here; running MyTracks 2.0.3, Android 2.3.4, also T-mobile G2 (HTC.  

Log file attached - just walled around the house for a couple of minutes.

Also experiencing this problem on my T-Mobile LGE Nexus 4 running Android 
4.2.1. The log collector app is apparently not compatible with the phone so I 
cannot attach a log.

Found a different log collector, but no messages were generated from the app. I 
just cycled through the different available views. The graph and stats views 
work, but the map view is blank. Switching layers does nothing except change 
the background color to a dark gray when Satellite with Roads is selected.

Also experiencing this. T-Mobile G2, Android 2.3.4. If I uninstall updates, it 
works again, although naturally it is then missing the features since 
implemented.

There was an issue that is fixed on the server.

Please let me know if anyone is still experiencing problem with viewing map 
view in My Tracks.

Just a little more feedback ...all map options are a blank lt grey except
satellite with streets which is blank with dark grey
