Landscape layout for track_controller

The task is to create a landscape layout for the map view.

Known tasks:
1. create a landscape layout for track_controller.xml layout.
2. create a landscape layout for track_detail.xml layout.
3. create a landscape layout for track_list.xml layout.

Reuse the existing icons for now. Let us know if new icons are needed.
