When recording, display the map in full screen mode if idle for more than 3 seconds

If recording (not paused) and viewing the map, display the map in full screen
- no system bar
- no action bar
- no tab switcher

after 3 seconds of idle.

Look at viewing a youtube video in landscape mode for inspiration.
