Stops Unexpectedly after about 20mins recording a Track #1255

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start MyTracks
2. Start Recording
3. Start moving, monitor progress

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Track recording starts and performs normally. Unexpectly gives "Sorry MyTracks
has stopped working" message. Sometimes just stops recording the track (no red
track shown) - although it still says it is recording.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks 2.0.3 - source downloaded
Android 4.0.3
HTC Desire C

The log doesn't contain any crashes.
If it is reproducible, can you capture the log again, also tell us when it
crashed so we can match it around the times in the log.

Thanks
Jimmy

Jimmy,

Thanks for the feedback. I've now taken the latest software update from HTC:
Device model: HTC Desire C
Firmware version: 4.0.3
Kernel version: 3.0.16-g932fab4
root@abm029 )
#1 PREEMPT Mon Dec 3 18:22:19 CST 2012
Build number: IML74K

I've recorded 10 or more tracks now without any problems. So all OK!

Thanks
Peter
