Auto-resume after reboot not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I start tracking, my setting for auto-resume after reboot is "always" (no 
time limit).
2. I do a battery pull (because my OS hangs)
3. After reboot mytracks doesn't start automatically to resume tracking

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Nothing happens, MyTracks just never starts again. When I start it manually the 
previous track won't be resumed.

What version of MyTracks are you using? 

2.0.4 (Package version 66) 

On what version of Android? 

Android 4.1.2 (Omega 20.1) with root

On what phone?

Samsung Galaxy S2 

Please provide any additional information here:

Since 2.0.4 this feature doesn't work anymore. 
On 2.0.3 it worked (at least with Android 2.3.6 for sure)

I couldn't reproduce this issue with a clean installation of 4.0.3 on the same 
phone, so I guess this is not a bug in My Tracks but in my OS.

Can be closed therefore.

I have the same issue on a Motorola Defy (CM10), My Tracks 2.0.5
I will never resume!
