Track line not visible when no connection to internet #1269

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I start a tracking, but I have no data transmission activated (no Wifi, no 
mobile data)
2. The track starts, there are statistics and values, but no line is drawn
3. When activating data, the track line appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The map-tab, the field where the map is normally displayed (only with internet 
access) is just white, no line is visible. It should draw a line, even if there 
is no map (because of no internet).

What version of MyTracks are you using? 

2.0.4 (Package version 66) 

On what version of Android? 

Android 4.1.2 (Omega 20.1) with root

On what phone?

Samsung Galaxy S2 

Please provide any additional information here:

On the previous version 2.0.3 (on Android 2.3.6 at least) this worked without 
internet.

I couldn't reproduce the issue on a clean OS 4.0.3 so I think this was not a My 
Tracks bug but of my phone.
Sorry.

Could be closed then.
