It would be very useful for mytracks to provide the elevation speed in the 
statistics.
Other competing softwares like mytrails do that.

Under Settings->Stats, there is an option to show elevation.

You can elevation but not elevation velocity.

Just as the difference in elevation between two time steps divided by the time 
step.
