ANT+ USB dongle support #1291

As a user of myTracks, I would like to be able to pair with ANT+ devices using 
a USB adapter rather than built-in ANT+ service.

Looking at the code, I think this might already be supported but broken at this 
point. Someone please confirm. 

I see the ANT+ service starting on my Galaxy nexus when connecting the ANT+ usb 
dongle, but I cannot select ANT+ devices from the sensor activity.
