Outgoing Message Count calculating wrong #83

Much appreciate this program. I have inherited a server running POSTFIX. It is strictly acting as a mail relay, accepting email from our numerous servers and relaying directly into our MS 365 Exchange Online server. In order to get better insight, I have installed sendmailanalyzer and love being able to understand what servers are generating the most emails.

Running SendmailAnalyzer v9.4 Running Postfix 3.4.13

I am seeing a problem similar to issue #53 where the recipients are counted as x4 unless the email contained multiple recipients in which case the numbers seem correct.

Here is an example based on one of the top recipients:

Detail for the user with "16" messages

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I just realized that I am seeing similar results for Top Sender details except they are x5 or x6.

Hi Steve,

There must have been a change in the postfix traces or you are tracing more information. Can you send me significant part of the log to my private email < gilles AT darold DOT net > so I can reproduce the problem?

Best regards.

I am working on anonymizing the data so I am not breaking our company policies. This may take me a few days.

Thank you,

Steve
