G++-4.2 memory management error #16

Building with g++-4.2 (default OSX install) compiles correctly but throws 
invalid pointer errors when I try to run.  Not sure if the problem is that I 
built OpenFst with g++-4.4 then tried to build phonetisaurus with g++-4.2 or if 
there is really a problem with the code.  Probably both!

This is still leaking memory like a sieve for LMBR on large N-gram orders.
