Render other robots in a scan. #23

Robots need to be able to see other robots on their scan and show the robots in the scan display.

All set! The scan map displays all robots inside the field of view and places a green box around the observer robot so that it's clear who the subject is when others are nearby. (https://github.com/darozak/Advolition/commit/1def12c96a7bb1324a6a8eb6cbb05d305788c327)
