Increase time required for diagonal movements

It should take longer for a robot to move on a diagonal because it will be traveling a greater distance.

That was an easy fix. Now move time accounts for additional distance involved in moving diagonally (https://github.com/darozak/Advolition/commit/9459e9bb5d2d8c1d8e4bc82ffaeed8057931c8a7).
