Remove dead robots from the game #66

Remove robots from game when hps drop bellow zero. Drop items on the ground for others to pick up.

Done. Dead robots are removed from game and drop all items (https://github.com/darozak/Advolition/commit/8b6e4eb63239a40aa9c317ebc884d6e190294562).
