I need a wiki page that tells players how to have their robots submit actions to the game engine.

Created Action Classes wiki page with initial descriptions for all eight possible actions (https://github.com/darozak/Advolition/wiki/Action-Classes/99d9b4fe368906b83d4aecb1e0009e84309733a4).

Need to fill out details and provide examples.
