Move wiki content to main README file #74

I think it will be easier to learn the game if the instructions are contained within a single document rather than scattered over a number of wiki pages. I need to take the content that I've been developing in the wiki and arrange it in the main README file. I also need to update the index.html file so that it points to the README file rather than the wiki.

The index.html file now takes players to the the GitHub site and the README.md file for game play instructions (https://github.com/darozak/Advolition/commit/ae5a01ecf028b20938a11b73ff3996b9089a2137).

Moved all wiki content to README.md and turned off the wiki.
