I'm not currently working in the Berman Lab, so I don't have admin privileges to their account here.
If I work on pre-existing issues in the upstream in the future, I'll make a new issue referencing the issue in the upstream fork. I do maintain contact with the Berman Lab and will work with them to integrate any fixes/improvements into the upstream fork as needed.
