In the user profile, it is stated that this is for information security students. But in the user story, the user is listed as current user. Perhaps changing it to information security students would be better.

Justification: This is listed as low because it didn't hinder my reading. just that it might be better if the target user is more specific

Team's Response

While changing the user to be specifically information security undergraduates, it does not value add much to this portion of the DG.

We thank you for your suggestion and as we do not believe that there is enough justification to make this a bug, we will be rejecting this

Reason for disagreement: I would like to provide further justification as to why I believe this is a DocumentationBug in the User Stories.

  1. Clarity and consistency: By specifying "Information Security students" as the target user in the user story, it aligns with the User Profile and provides a consistent message throughout the documentation. This consistency can help me, a reader, better understand the application's intended audience and purpose. Furthermore, just mentioning "New User", and "Current User" is not narrowing down the target audience. This defies the purpose of the User role in the User Stories and also shows that the developers are unsure of their target audience.

  2. Reducing ambiguity: Although the current user story may not hinder reading as stated by me, specifying the target user group can help reduce any ambiguity and prevent confusion. If the user in the User Stories matches the Target User Profile, I would not have raised this as an issue for the developers to take note.

In conclusion, I disagree with the developers stance of rejecting this DocumentationBug.
