non-zeroed frame bug (complete crash in 11.20+), some crashes previously. revamed makefile parse out documentation for asterisk manually protect against possible memory allocation error

reports of broken asterisk13. will investigate. EDIT: asterisk13+debian7.9 works. still investigating.
