Allow custom file format when editing #17

Implements https://github.com/darrikonn/td-cli/issues/13 and https://github.com/darrikonn/td-cli/issues/16

Need to bump major version since the uncluttering might break in cases where XDG_CONFIG_HOME is set (for most Linux users).
