Hide private browsing icon in toolbar on OS X #11

The VerticalTabs toolbar contains a private browsing indicator icon, which is currently also incorrectly positioned on OS X:

However, Firefox on OS X already has a private browsing indicator icon in the window titlebar. Therefore, we should hide the icon entirely in the VerticalTabs toolbar.

@poiru Is this still a current issue? I can't check this, but if you say yes, I will merge your change into my fork of this addon :)
