fixed size of Verticaltabs menu #38

Add an option to set manually fixed size of tabs. No meter there is in full screen or not.

It makes literally no sense to merge Tab Center commits into an inactive fork of the original Vertical Tabs add-on. Won't get merged anyway. Either use Tab Center (official Firefox test pilot project) or Vertical Tabs Reloaded, which is my own fork of the add-on.
