Forum content style inconsistencies

This has been a problem for way too long now. Since reporting an issue with forum styling around 10 months ago, it has recently been worked on. However the "fixes" have simply created new problems. Please find picture attached which demonstrates an assortment of problems such as:

• No paragraph spacing in the Add Discussion Screen compared to the expected behaviour demonstrated in the New Reply Screen.
• The "Reply to:" subtitle on screenshot 3 does not respect new paragraphs in its excerpt.
• When submitting a post, it appears that the first paragraph has no padding, but all other paragraphs do have padding. It is expected that all paragraphs have padding.

Please get this fixed asap as this has been an issue for way too long and effects the user experience when posting and reading forum content.

Mostly fixed. Image 1, 2, and 4 are ok now, but image 3 is still problematic.
