BtCache taking all my upload. #1

btCache is eating up my upload, greater than what is set as the maximum upload 
speed.

I am downloading a file using bit torrent 7.0.1, and I am getting snopped by an 
IP 10.254.***.*** which is taking all my upload speed.
Also all other seeds and peers stop's download/upload activity.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bit torrent 7.0.1. Mac Snow lepord.

Please provide details of what is happening and what action should I take

hi...i used ti get gud speeds from the IP 10.***** but from last 1 days im nt 
getting tracker frm this IP...plz can anyone tell me wht can be the 
problem.....why suddenly i have lost this tracker....plzzz help thnxx

I think btcache is a torrent cache server run by bittorrent to facilitate 
faster downloads. Initially it caches the torrent from the seeds by overriding 
their upload limit and then facilitates faster downloads to the remaining peers.
I have seen a lot of forums where people were reporting high download speed 
from btcache where as only some were complaining about high upload speeds 
overriding the upload limit.

As per knowledge Btcache is local peer server that helps to download torrents 
faster to those torrent files which are all ready loaded in the server.In case 
downloading it depends on peer matching. If the torrent peer matches with the 
local server peer then only btcache gives high speed download. In case of 
btcache uploading the local peer server uploads the file into their server.
