Are there tooltips when hovering over markers? #129

Hovering over a marker should show a tight/clean tooltip, if defined... I did 
not see this in any of the tutorials.

Does this feature exist?  If not, can it be added?

Note: I use the term tooltip as the info should disappear if the hovering is 
overcome by moving the mouse.

I noticed this desired functionality by doing the lastest Javascript/'Google 
Maps' tutorial earlier today.
