gmaps4jsf 3.0.0 ignores specified width, height, xcoordAnchor and ycoordAnchor on icon component

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. specify modified width, height, xcoordAnchor and ycoordAnchor on an icon 
component.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the icons size and position to be modified, but the specified 
properties are ignored by gmaps4jsf 3.0.0.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.0 in Windows 7 (JSF 2.1)

Will be included in 3.0.1 which will be released in the next June 2013, if you 
have sometime to provide a fix for this, please let me know.
