Screenshot of help command does not match application #4

The screenshot of the help command in the UG was provided as image.png

However, the actual app help window is

There is a difference in the two screenshots which might confuse users and could cause a minor inconvenience to the users as they would need to learn how to use the help window on their own, without reference to the UG

Team's Response

The difference in the screenshots has no bearing on the user's ability to use the help window. The only difference is that you are using a windows system while the screenshot came from a mac system. If we were to provide screenshots for both windows and mac systems for every single feature then we would be penalised under this (screenshot attached) don't you think? Thank you for your suggestion but this doesn't qualify as a bug.

Reason for disagreement: The team states that there is a difference due to a difference in OS, however, there is an entire section to the right that contains a button to open the UG that is missing in the screenshot. This is definitely not an issue of OS like the team mentioned and thus, their argument is invalid.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: As mentioned above, their argument is invalid. This screenshot is misleading and will cause inconvenience to the readers and thus should be a low severity.
