Second page and on dosen't respect top margin

Hi guys,

I have am issue with the top margin  starting from the second page an on. I 
tried a lot of combinations to manage to see where the issue is and I found 
that it respects the margin only if i set the margin at @page (you will see 
example in attach file). But if i set the margin as I said it will add extra 
blank pages at the beginning.

I attached 2 files the generated pdf and the html sorce.
