Moved to Angular 0.14.0 #130

Hi, I've updated the dependencies to the last Angular

this fixes a bug that makes it impossible to run the samples .. actually not the upgrade to angular 0.14.0 but perf_api to 0.0.9. So plz pull Internal error: 'package:perf_api/perf_api.dart': error: line 9 pos 29: expression is not a valid compile-time constant final Counters counters = new Counters(); ^
