Clarify package status in README? #2

Going to https://pub.dartlang.org/packages/isolate and it's not clear this is an experimental package. Can we specify that in the README?

Why do you think it is experimental? Is it just because it's not 1.0.0 yet? If so, by all means update it to 1.0.0 before releasing instead of 0.2.3.
