Update 20160622 #132

With GWC 1.1.0 and restored firebase

Hi @jakemac53 , as there are no tests (!!!) for polymerfire I think I'm done with this one. I think you can close #131 because this one merges it and adds support for new firebase protocoll and the new version of the google components.

Sorry it took me so long to review the updates, taking a look now. Hopefully we can merge before the holiday, I will be out all next week.

Ok, I sent https://github.com/dam0vm3nt/polymer_elements/pull/2 to update the transformer config and get tests passing in pub serve. After that I think we can merge.
