Atom feed and entry update timestamp #258

The <updated>timestamp</updated> element of both the feed and each entry is updated at the time of feed retrieval and does not reflect real publication times of the packages or updated feed.

atom:updated https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4287#section-4.2.15 You could eventually also use atom:published to signal package release times https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4287#section-4.2.9 Depends on the feed aggregator how the values are interpreted.

And I agree, we don't need to put the entire README into the feed.

We still need to tweak the dates in the feed.
